DONAN.city explores and introduces startup an entrepreneurial culture and nature of Hakodate and Southern Hokkaido area. Based on such criteria as “inspired” and “motivated”, we will transmit the activities of Southern Hokkaido, particularly focusing on entrepreneurial People, Technology, Education and Voices of citizens, that we want to know more and want to be known.

Donan.city is produced by CRC: Center for Relations and Collaborations with society, Future University Hakodate. Our activities are as part of HSFC: Hokkaido Startup Future Creation, co-founded by 15 universities, 4 technical colleges, and more research and industrial institutions, local governments and business companies in all over Hokkaido, to build network and ecosystem for startups, ventures and entrepreneurs.

Donan.city tries to catch the sign of change in Southern Hokkaido carefully and disseminate them, and as a result, we want to support that entrepreneurship, passion and dreams for the future will grow further, and that transformation will occur.
